Full program fee:   $900.00

Payment Options

1. Full payment either by Credit Card/Check/Cash   - $810.00*
    10% discount if paid in full

2. Installments
    -Installment 1 (9-03-2009)      $300.00
    -Installment 1 (12-3-2009)      $300.00
    -Installment 1 (3-03-2010)      $300.00

3. Per Class   -    $20.00

Fees cover the following

Fall, Winter, Spring / Summer Season:
45 hours of training

September 11 - December 19th
January 4 - May 1        
May 3 - August 30

All Students will receive a Soccer Photo, Award, Jersey, Soccer Ball and Class Instructions

*Each Family is allowed 10% sibling discount. If family opts for Full Payment and has Siblings the fee for each will be $720.00 for each Sibling reflection a 20% discount.

Each child participating in Chitown Futbol Academy Classes is required to have a updated membership.

Transfers

1. Customers may transfer their child at any point in the session.
2. All class transfers are dependant upon space availability.

Make-up Classes

1. You must let us know in advance when your child will be absent.
2. You can attend classes at any of our locations.
3. Make-ups are done on a space available basis.
4. Make-ups do not carry over into the next session.

Registration

1. No spaces in any class are guaranteed without payment.
2. All registrations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
3. Chitown Futbol Academy memberships are required for all participants.

Trial Classes

1. All first time trial classes' customers must check in at the front desk before entering the field.
2. All first time trial classes are free of charge.
3. Customers may only do trials in classes that have space available.
